OAL(Cronin) baseball used from the contest in which Hall of Fame closer Goose Gossage of the Chicago White Sox recorded the 1st win of his young career against the California Angels. Goose inscribed the ball in red with "5/29/72", "1st Major League Win", and "Anaheim Stadium". Gossage later signed the ball in black with the inscription "HOF 2008". Ball displays excellent game use.
