The great Bill Walton wore these Adidas shoes during his fabled NBA career, then enhanced the heavily game-used beauties mightily by penning a total of four black Sharpie autographs (two each) near the top of the shoes. Walton came into the NBA with as much anticipation and expectation as any player of his era after playing for John Wooden's powerhouse UCLA Bruins in the early '70s, winning three straight College Player of the Year Awards, and leading the Bruins to national titles. He then went on to have a prominent career in the (NBA) where he was a league Most Valuable Player (MVP) and won two NBA championships, though his professional career was significantly hampered by multiple injuries. Walton was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 1993. The shoes show enormous game use but remain with all elements intact and largely as-issued, save only for the shoestrings, where a different color appears on a portion of one shoe. Comes with a Letter of Authenticity from Bill Ficke.

Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
