This spectacular pair of Size 14 1/2 Converse All-Star shoes was worn by Bernard King, a 2013 inductee into the Basketball Hall of Fame and an explosive scorer in a 14-year NBA career that featured four All-Star appearances and an NBA scoring crown in 1985. Knee problems forced King into retirement, ending with 19,655 points in 874 games, for an average of 22.5 points per game. At the time of his retirement, King ranked 16th on the all-time NBA scoring list. King has signed in blue Sharpie on the outside of each shoe near the top directly beneath the "B King" gold stamping, adding the inscription "Best Wishes" on each one. The shoes show good game use but remain with all elements intact and largely as-issued. Comes with a Letter of Authenticity from Bill Ficke.
