Magnificent pair of 1973 and 1980 Louisville Slugger Bill Russell signature model All-Star Game Bats, all from the collection of life long Los Angeles Dodger player, coach, and manager Bill Russell. Both have been signed by Russell in perfect 9-10/10 dark blue felt tip pen right above the stamping. The bats are:
1973 Kansas City All-Star Game(Royal Stadium) - 34" long. R161 stamped on knob.
1980 Los Angeles All-Star Game(Dodger Stadium) - 34 1/2". "18" in black marker on both the knob and top of barrel. Interesting bat making mistake - the "9" in 1980 stamped on the barrel above the signature has been stamped upside down, making it look like 1680.
Both are in beautiful condition.
