This is a 2004 Detroit Pistons NBA World Championship ring in its original presentation box that was originally given to a member of the Detroit Pistons staff. The Pistons surprised the favored Los Angeles Lakers, taking care of them in just five games to take the NBA title. The face of this white gold ring has "2004 WORLD" on top and "CHAMPIONS" on bottom, with PISTONS" lettering and the NBA Championship trophy across the front, all highlighted by 50 small real diamonds in the background. One side panel is engraved "DETROIT GOING TO WORK, PISTONS 4 LAKERS 1" around the NBA logo. The other side panel displays "SMITH" and "THE RIGHT WAY" with three diamond adorned Larry O’Brien championship trophies above the year "2004". "INTERGOLD 10K" is stamped on the inside along with the original recipient's name "Marshall Smith". Ring size is a 12. Comes in the original 7.5" by 6" black wooden presentation box, lined with a black felt interior, with the original owner's name on top. All elements appear to be in pristine, as-issued condition.
