This spectacular Official National League (Heydler) baseball features a strong Babe Ruth autograph on the sweet spot. The Ruth signature is done in black steel-tip fountain pen; underneath the signature and to the right is a dating of 10-17-1924 done in an unknown hand. The red-and-blue stitched ball is in superior condition, with no scuffing and minimal staining and has toned evenly over the years. Simply a remarkable artifact from arguably the most important figure in the game's long history.
