If there were anyone left in America who didn't "Know Bo" by July of 1989 (highly doubtful), they did following this epic All-Star Game at Anaheim Stadium after Jackson led off the game with a monster home run in the first inning that startled everyone, including former U.S. President Ronald Reagan, who was helping out Vin Scully in the broadcast booth for the first frame. This 1989 Official MLB Bart Giamatti ball was used in that game, which would be notable enough for any artifact, but it also has a strong Bo Jackson blue ballpoint signature on the sweet spot. With the indications of game use, the ball appears to be in essentially as-issued and problem-free condition, with a hologram from PSA/DNA affixed.

PSA/DNA #C23659.
