From Bret Saberhagen's personal collection comes this charming 13-by-16-inch tribute plaque that commemorates the team's 1985 World Series Championship. Sponsored by Miller Lite, the plaque has a 11-by-4-inch metal piece at the top that has the team's logo in color beneath "World Champion" and 1985, along with the regular-season record and attendance and game-by-game scores from the American League Championship and the World Series on either side beneath Miller Lite logos. A second gold plate below of 11-by-10 inches provides color head-and-shoulders photographs of 33 team members, with Saberhagen quite properly planted at the exact center on what a diamond graphic device would mean the pitcher's mound. Saberhagen has signed in blue Sharpie, adding an inscription "MVP." All elements appear to be in essentially as-issued and problem-free condition, save only for some minor nicks on the wooden base and a handful of barely perceptible light scratches on the bottom of the player photograph section. Comes with a Letter of Authenticity from Bret Saberhagen.
