Beautiful 9" by 12" plaque containing the original June 9, 1982 telegram notifying Bret Saberhagen that he had been selected by the Kansas City Royals in the Rule 4 Summer Free Agent Selection draft. Saberhagen has signed on the front in near perfect 9/10 looking black felt tip pen.
