Actual game used baseball from the September 10, 1980 game between the San Diego Padres and San Francisco Giants in which Hall of Fame pitcher Rollie Fingers recorded his 100th Major League victory. His 2/3 of an inning stint of relief in the top of the 8th with San Francisco ahead 2-1 produced a win when the Padres scored 3 in the bottom of the inning for a 4-2 triumph. Rollie has signed the baseball in perfect looking 9/10 dark blue ink on the sweet spot and inscribed the following "100th Major League Win Sept. 9, 80 S. F.". (Fingers mistakenly dated the ball Sept. 9 when he actually won the game on Sept. 10) ONL(Feeney) ball displays excellent game use.
LOA from Rollie Fingers.
