Beautiful 1975 Rawlings Gold Glove Award given to Los Angeles Dodgers first baseman Steve Garvey following the 1975 baseball season. To compliment his 1974 Gold Glove Award Garvey took top fielding honors as well the next year, leading National League first baseman in Put Outs, and ranking 2nd in both Range Factor and Fielding Percentage. Plaque on front first line reads "1975 Rawlings Gold Glove Award", 2nd line reads "Steve Garvey - 2 Time Winner", with bottom line reading "Honoring his selection to The Sporting News National League All Star Fielding Team". At center above plaque is a 7" by 4" photo image of Garvey. The Gold colored baseballs normally off to each side are missing. A gold colored Rawlings Major League All-Star Fielding Team first baseman's glove is at top center. Wood base measures 17 1/2" by 6 1/2" with 16" to top of glove. Trophy in overall nice condition but the photo image of Garvey has faded somewhat as has the printing on the front plaque. Garvey has signed the wood base in the back "Steve Garvey 6" in perfect 9-10/10 black felt tip pen.

LOA from Steve Garvey.

Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
