If ever there would be a team from a visiting NBA city that might embrace a player like John Havlicek despite the nagging recollection of how many times Hondo might have figuratively turned cheese-steak to Cheese Whiz for the faithful, it would be Philadelphia. This was a retirement presentation given to Havlicek from the Philadelphia Flyers, that other Spectrum tenant from the City of Brotherly Love. Like the city itself or the rough-and-tumble sport of hockey, the Large-sized jersey is big and brash and memorable, with the NBA Hall of Famer's No. 17 on the back below his block-letter last name. All elements of the blazing orange jersey are in essentially as-issued and problem-free condition, from the monster Flyers logo on the front to the giant No. 17 on the back. Try putting an autograph on that without being overwhelmed, which is exactly what Havlicek managed as he applied his elegant black Sharpie signature in all of its 8-inch majesty. This is a unique artifact that could get hoop fans and their hockey brethren battling over the auctioneer's gavel. Nothing stops till they hit the ice or the gavel hits wood, whichever comes first. Comes with an LOA from John Havlicek.

Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
