This is the official Boston Celtics 1960's team laundry bag, 16-by-20 inches, in bold Celtics Green with white silk-screened No. 17 above an 8-inch in diameter Celtics logo. The bag is in excellent condition, disturbed hardly at all by a minor 3/4-inch tear on the left side that does not materially diminish the presentation. Havlicek signed in bold black Sharpie directly above his uniform number in his usual spectacular fashion, with an imposing signature nearly 6 1/2 inches in length that features his distinctive underlining of the entire autograph from his "J" in his first name. "Chris Havlicek,: Hondo's son who played collegiality at the University of Virginia in the 1990s, is written in pen in block letters on the inside collar of the bag, which also features an interior mesh bag of green and white, with draw strings on both intact. Comes with a Letter of Authenticity from John Havlicek.
