1974 Boston Celtics NBA Championship digital wristwatch from John Havlicek. Boston defeated the favored Milwaukee Bucks, 4 games to 3 in a strange series that saw five wins by the road team. The Celtics were led by Hall of Famers Havlicek and Dave Cowens, with the Bucks countering with two of their own, Oscar Robertson and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. This elegant watch boasts an elegant, brushed gold-like finish, along with a stainless steel watch back. "Boston Celtics" with a leprechaun appears at top of the digital watch face and "NBA Champions 1974" below, along with the Benrus name. The watch appears to be in essentially as-issued and problem-free condition, and appears to be in working order, presumably needing a battery. Comes with an attractive 4-inch-square polished cherry wood presentation box with white leather pillow inside, all elements in the same NM condition. Includes a Letter of Authenticity from John Havlicek.
