This is the jersey from John Havlicek’s first appearance as an NBA All-Star, a superior artifact showing good game use and yet maintained in nearly perfect condition for nearly a half-century. Hondo tallied 18 points in the contest, a resounding 137-94 trouncing of the West that saw seven players on the East squad score in double digits. The Size 44 Wilson-tagged jersey is blazing white with the NBA East All-Star blue nicely setting off the embroidered white stars down each side. The inimitable Havlicek autograph appears in silver Sharpie on the “7” on the back of the jersey. Both the jersey and the Size 36 Wilson tagged satin trunks are in essentially as-issued and problem-free condition, with no alterations of any kind visible and minimal fraying on piping or embroidered letters or numbers. Simply a superb bit of NBA and Havlicek history, the very first in what would be an amazing string of 13 consecutive appearances in the NBA’s mid-season celebration.

Includes a LOA from John Havlicek. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
