One of the most revered players in the history of the NBA was presented with this award for his contributions to national fitness programs. This elegant brushed-silver plaque features a 7-by-9-inch posed-action photograph of Havlicek; a blazing blue Sharpie Havlicek 9/10 autograph appears at the lower portion of the image. Wording in raised, engraved letters on the 10 1/2-by-15-inch background notes the "President's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports, Robert Stewart Award," with Havlicek's name and wording "For His Outstanding and Significant Contributions to Fitness and Sports," and "Downtown Athletic Club, 1982." The bushed-silver elements are attractively mounted to a wood base with overall dimensions of 14-by-18 inches. All elements appear to be in as-issued and problem-free condition. Comes with a Letter of Authenticity from John Havlicek.
