From one of the legendary NBA names of all time comes a blazing Boston Celtics home white game-worn jersey and shorts from the height of John Havlicek's storied career in Beantown. Like virtually everything from his personal collection, the Hall of Famer maintained this classic gamer in wonderful condition, then upped the ante by adding his elegant and distinctive silver Sharpie autograph diagonally across the "7" on the jersey's front. As noted, the jersey is in superb condition, showing excellent game use with the Sand-Knit and Size 44 tagging on the front and both Sand-Knit tags on the waistband of the shorts (Size 34, with Havlicek's No. 17 written in black marker). The green and white piping on the jersey and shorts are pristine, and there is minimal fraying of any of the intricate stitching around the "Celtics" and "Havlicek," or on his No. 17. Both pieces are in remarkable condition, essentially problem-free and unimprovable; there is the tiniest tear along the back of the inside of the waistband on the shorts mentioned for complete accuracy. This offering represents a rare opportunity to own a classic game-worn uniform of one of the most beloved players in NBA history, directly from his vast personal collection of career mementos.
