This is arguably the most dramatic and astounding photography of a mature Muhammad Ali extant, eight spectacular 8 1/2-by-11-inch color photographs from acclaimed Associated Press photographer and Muhammad Ali specialist Jeff Julian. Photographed at the Muhammad Ali Center in Louisville, Kentucky, in March of 2007, the images feature absolutely remarkable portraits of Ali in a colorful wool sweater, with alternately playful and insightful poses that captivate in every sense of the word. The five portraits are vertical images; three horizontal photographs show Ali with his legendary trainer and manager Angelo Dundee, again taken in 2007 at the Muhammad Ali Center in Louisville (one of the portrait images is from 2005, same location). Truly stunning images that must be seen to be appreciated. All are in Nr-Mt and problem-free condition, matted in blazing white to 11-by-14-inch dimensions, and all signed and dated by the photographer. Entire collection is housed in a heavy photograph box; each individual images is also housed in protective envelopes.
