Vince Lombardi's third NFL Championship as Green Bay Packers head coach was a memorable one. After failing to make it to the big game in the previous two seasons, the Hall of Fame head coach committed to the play that he basically perfected over the years, the Packers sweep. His team would stay dedicated to its hard-nosed rushing attack in the 1965 NFL Championship Game versus the Cleveland Browns, with the inimitable Paul Hornung rushing for 105 yards and a touchdown in what would later end up being Jim Brown's final game. Offered here is a re-issued version of Hornung's NFL Championship ring. a Size 13 ring, consisting of 10k gold, a green Tourmaline base stone and .50 ct round brilliant cut diamond in the center. "Hornung" is stamped on its left shank, with his No. 5, an engraving of Lambeau Field and the word "Character." The championship game score appears on the right along with the NFL and Packers logos, plus the word "Dedication." The ring comes with a black-felt presentation box and ring and box appear to be in essentially as-issued and problem-free condition.

Comes with a Letter of Authenticity from Paul Hornung.
