Souvenir program from the March 8, 1971 "Fight of the Century" World Heavyweight Championship match between Champion Joe Frazier and challenger Muhammad Ali, held at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Frazier retained his Heavyweight title with a 15 round unanimous decision which saw Ali knocked to the canvas for the first time in his career and sent both men to the hospital after the fight. Program loaded with articles and photos/drawings about the two fighters and the history of Boxing plus plenty of period advertisements. Also included is a vintage newspaper clipping giving the judges scoring of the fight. Program itself in excellent condition. Another great piece of Heavyweight Championship Boxing history!
