Fine circa 1880’s full size 34 inch Spalding "Wagon Tongue" model baseball bat retains its full original black "Spalding" logo at the center brand area. Model "No. 000" labeling is also undisturbed at the center area flanked by "Wagon" and "Tongue" lettering. The black ring at the barrel end is about 30% intact. The bat retains a very fine original patina and ribbed handle grip which terminates at a thin black ring. The bat presents quite well in spite of moderate evident usage wear and bears a slight handle crack.
