1991 National League All-Star Game ring given to St. Louis Cardinal Hall of Fame shortstop Ozzie Smith. Smith was voted to start the game at shortstop by the fans and batted 9th with a walk in 2 at bats in a 4-2 loss to the American League. CZ atop dark blue stone at top surrounded by "1991 Baseball All-Star". National League logo on one side panel with "Toronto '91 All-Star Game " on the other. Inside stamped "Balfour" and "Auralite". Ring size 11 1/4.
