Smith was voted to start the game at shortstop by the fans and batted 8th, going 0 for 3 in a close 3-1 win over the rival American League. CZ atop dark blue stone surrounded by "Baseball All-Star". "1984", "MLB logo", "Candlestick Park" on one side panel with "Giants 1984 All-Star Game" on the other. Inside stamped "LGB GTC". Ring size 11 1/4.
