1981 National League All-Star Game ring given to St. Louis Cardinal Hall of Fame shortstop Ozzie Smith. Smith, in the first of his many All-Star Games, came in as a defensive replacement in the 6th inning. He ended up walking twice and stealing a base in the National League's 5-4 victory over the rival American League. Light blue stone on top surrounded by 6 CZ and "Baseball National American All-Star". National League, American League, and MLB logos on one side panel with "Smith", 1981 All-Star Game Cleveland" on the other. Inside stamped "Balfour Celestrium". Ring size 11.
