Clark Griffith, the Hall of Fame manager and part owner of the Washington Senators, signed this original 8" by 10" photo to Hall of Famer and fellow Washington D.C. icon Red Auerbach. The inscription reads, "To Red Auerbach Best Regards, Clark Griffith" in bright white ink set against a dark background area of the image. Griffith's vintage inscription rates 9 out of 10. Photo remains in its vintage frame, appearing in NM condition. A significant keepsake linking two our Nation's Capital's most prolific sports figures. Includes a letter of provenance from the Auerbach estate. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
