Historic Printed Photograph Signed, approx. 6 1/8 in. x 4 ½ in., a black & white image of arguably the most celebrated aviation photograph of all time, taken by John T. Daniels on the morning of December 17, 1903, one of the few witnesses to the first flight, using a camera belonging to Orville Wright himself, who is at the controls, while Wilbur runs alongside. Below the image is the printed caption, “First Man-Flight, December 17, 1903, Kitty Hawk, N.C.” Wright has signed, in 9/10 looking black ink, at the lower left corner, “Orville Wright”. A wonderful historic photograph. In fine condition. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
