Former U. S. President Jimmy Carter has signed this OMLB (Selig) ball in black ink on the sweet spot. Ball is nice and white with a couple of small stains on the panel to the left of the sweet spot. Large, bold signature rates 8-9/10. Includes a full LOA from PSA/DNA.
