Incredibly rare store display for the initial 1958 Bell Brand Corn Chips regional issue featuring members of the Los Angeles Dodgers. Large, blank back ad posters measure about 22" by 36" and are exact copies of the offered green and sepia tone cards themselves. The bottom portion has as ad for the cards and the Corn Chips in which they come. To this date, only 4 different players are known in the ad posters. The offered poster of Dodger Hall of Fame pitcher Don Drysdale has bright color with a good picture image. Some wrinkles from being rolled at one time. Main problem is with the edges. 1" tear at middle left side. Small 1/2" tear at lower right bottom. Edge damage at both the left and right of the ad area with the right being the most severe. Even with these problems the poster should display very nicely when professionally framed and matted.
