Scarce 1975 NCAA Men's Basketball Championship Press Pin to the finals held in San Diego, California on March 31, 1975. The UCLA Bruins, coached by the legendary John Wooden, defeated the Kentucky Wildcats 92-85 in the final game. This would be Wooden's 10th and last national title. Richard Washington of UCLA was named the tournament's Most Outstanding Player. The game marked the last time a team won the national championship playing in its home state. Pin itself in outstanding condition. Round basketball with "National Collegiate Basketball Tournament", gold letters against black background, surrounds the NCAA logo and sits atop a basketball net with "1975" at the bottom. These press pins were produced and distributed on an extremely limited basis and are seldom seen in the marketplace.
