Originally given to store owners by Goudey to promote the company's 1933 product, this rare survivor features 24 designs from the trading card set above the caption, "New Pictures with Big League Chewing Gum including Babe Ruth." The brightly colored paper poster has only faint traces of the glue strips along the top and bottom edge that were used to adhere the piece to store windows. The sheet includes the card likenesses of Babe Ruth, Tris Speaker, Red Ruffing, Eppa Rixey and Jesse Haines among others. The overall presentation quality is apparent Excellent. The sheet has undergone expert professional restoration to reduce the appearance of minor creasing and surface wear. Displays beautifully. Matted and framed to overall dimensions of 18" x 15".
