1954 saw the Johnston Cookie Company expand on their original Milwaukee Brave regional issue by including more players, coaches, and even the team trainer and doctor. To display the expanded set they released a 21 1/2" by 31" wall-hanging display poster to hold the cards as a premium offer. The poster had die-cuts into which each card could be inserted. The offered display piece contains a complete set of 35 cards, all neatly inserted into the die-cuts. Without seeing the corners but going by the rest of the card, it appears that all cards are NM or better. It does appear that the cards have toned over the years so that the covered corners will be whiter than the rest of the card if removed. The paper display itself has 4 horizontal creases going across right between the bottom 5 rows of cards. There is a 3" by 4" stain that appears to be on the paper sheet and not the cards at the lower left corner. All corners have tape and pin hole damage. There are some small tears around the edges. The piece has been framed to an overall size of 30" by 41". Despite the above mentioned flaws the offered display piece still delivers decent eye appeal.
