Full ticket to the exciting 1937 Indianapolis 500, the closest finish up to that time with only 2.16 seconds separating the first 2 cars. Wilbur Shaw had a comfortable lead with about 20 laps to go when his car started leaking oil. He began slowing down to try to get his car to finish the race. By the final lap Ralph Hepburn had almost caught him. Leaving caution to the wind, Shaw floored his car and managed to hold off Hepburn to win the race. Appears to be about VG+ with one small crease at the left top and a small 1/2" long separation at a lower left perforation. Only one EX PSA 5 ticket graded higher by PSA. Ticket slabbed authentic by PSA.
