Matched pair of both poses of Chicago Whales Hall of Famer Joe Tinker from the very difficult 1915 D303 General Baking Company regional issue. Tinker played for the Federal League Whales in 1914 and 1915. Cards are:
Joe Tinker Batting GD PSA 2 - The finest ever graded by PSA. Exceptional color and image, Fairly clean front and back. Crease at the top right and lower left corner, neither of which breaks the front paper surface. Centered to the right. Corner wear seems to be the major reason for grade.
Joe Tinker Portrait GD PSA 2 - Great color and picture image. Appears to be crease free. Clean front with a light 3/8" by 7/8" stain on left border of an otherwise clean back. Centered to the right. Only 2 cards have been rated higher by PSA.
