Interesting lot of four SGC graded 2 card panels from the very popular 1951 Topps Ringside Boxing issue, all featuring Hall of Famers in addition to the extremely difficult Bob Murphy card. Panels are:
#23/6 Bob Satterfield/Jersey Joe Walcott(HOF) NM-MT SGC 88.
#24/25 James J. Braddock(HOF)/Bob Baker NM SGC 84.
#31/37 Jersey Joe Walcott(HOF)/Eugene Hairston NM SGC 84.
#49/55 Bob Murphy/Bob Fitzsimmons GD SGC 30. Corners, color, cleanness, all look the same as the other NM or better panels. The reason for this grade is a small approximately 3/8" by 3/8" area at the top center border of the Fitzsimmons card where some tape was removed, resulting in a small amount of paper loss. The tough Bob Murphy is untouched and actually is perfectly centered top to bottom as the factory perforation is very close to the top color area on the Fitzsimmons card. Side to side the card is about 60/40 or so.
