Beautiful over sized 11" by 14" black and white circa 1940's Nat Fein Type 1 Original Photograph of Babe Ruth sitting in the Yankee dug out with a Yankee bat boy. The photo was taken the same day as the famous "Babe Bows Out", when Ruth suited up for the last time in a Yankee uniform at Yankee Stadium for the ceremony. He died just a few weeks after this photo was taken. Striking, crystal clear image. At bottom of photo in white border is written in pencil "Photo by Nat Fein, 1947". On back in pencil is written "Nat Fein". Photo crease free with just some corner wear. Should frame up beautifully. Full LOA from PSA/DNA.
