Beautiful one sheet movie poster for the original release of the 1942 Gary Cooper baseball movie about the life of tragic Yankee Hall of Fame Great, Lou Gehrig, The Pride of the Yankees. Prominent on the poster are portrait images of stars Gary Cooper and Teresa Brewer before a large, cheering crowd. The poster has been professionally linen backed and benefitted from some color re-touching and restoration to mask some holes and wear mostly at the fold lines. Presents at an eye appealing VG-EX/EX level. Piece will look great framed and measures about 26" by 40".
