Great pair of items from the recently crowned, for the second time, National League Most Valuable Player, Albert Pujols.

1) 2002 uncracked natural finish ash Rawlings/Adirondack Albert Pujols professional model 707B bat weighs 32.1 ounces and is 34 inches in length. Bat shows evidence of excellent/heavy use with many ball marks (including blue ink transfers), ball stitch impressions, black bat rack streaks, and cleat marks. There is a light coat of pine tar on the lower handle. The model number (707B), order number (206), and year (2002) have been stamped into the knob. Pujol's number (5) is on the knob and top of the barrel in black marker. Pujols has signed the bat just to the left of the stampings on the barrel. SCD Authentic has given the bat an A8 final grade while PSA/DNA has concluded "Based on our examination of this Albert Pujols professional model bat, and its player use characteristics, we believe the bat was used by Pujols during the referenced labeling period. In 2002 Pujols was able to avoid the "Sophomore Jinx" after taking Rookie of the Year honors in 2001 and follow up with a strong .314/.394/.561 with 34 homers and 127 RBI season to finish 2nd in the MVP voting to Barry Bonds. Full Letters of Authenticity from PSA/DNA (Malta/Taube) and SCD Authentic (Bushing/Kinunen) plus Certificate of Authenticity from GAI.

2) Limited edition 2006 Official MLB (Selig) World Series baseball autographed by Albert Pujols. Snow white ball with strong, perfect 10/10 blue ink signature. Ball has been numbered 153/500 by Upper Deck Authenticated with a serial number of BAJ 84525. The St. Louis Cardinals beat the Detroit Tigers 4 games to 1 to capture their 10th World Championship in 17 attempts, the most of any National League franchise. Ball comes with all original Upper Deck Authentic packaging - box, pouch, COA.
