ONL(Frick) baseball signed just to the right of the stamping by Hall of Fame umpire Bill McGowen(1896-1954). Nice 2 1/2" black ink 7/10 signature. Slightly off-white ball with a few smaller "rust" stains, including some slight lines that touch a couple of the letters in McGowan. Tougher Hall of Fame signature to obtain on a ball as the famous American League umpire passed away 38 years before he was entered into the Hall of Fame. PSA/DNA indicates the ball has chemically removed signatures(Ball once held the signatures of all 6 members of the 1944 World Series umpiring staff). LOA's from PSA/DNA and JSA.
