Incredibly dark blue ink Babe Ruth signature on an official American League(Harridge) BB. PSA/DNA has rated the signature a NM 7. Ball was obtained while Ruth was staying with a Ford Motor Company executive and his family while in Indianapolis in 1947 as a consultant to Ford's sponsorship of the American Legion Junior Baseball program. The unused baseball has toned over the years and the Reach stampings are very faint. PSA/DNA has been very strict on the ball and rated it a VG-EX 4. Ball displays much better than the overall EX-MT 6 grade. A copy of the 8/5/47 Indianapolis News with a photo of Ruth with the son of the family he stayed with is also included. LOA from PSA/DNA.
