Very nice looking PSA 3.5 VG+ key Ty Cobb from the difficult 1923 Montreal, Canada, Maple Crispette candy issue. Cards from sets like this, where sets could be returned in exchange for various prizes, are very hard to find today. Good photo image of Cobb for the issue. Nice centering with relatively clean front and back. Top two corners closer to EX than VG. Rough edge about 1/2" down from left top corner may be reason for grade. Outstanding eye appeal for condition. The 2nd finest known as only one PSA 4 has been graded higher.
