Beautiful card of Cleveland Indian Hall of Fame pitcher Cy Young from the difficult 1909-10 W555 Candy issue. Example has good image with a very slight back surface wrinkle at lower right corner that does not show thru to front. Excess cardboard all around as the card was originally cut outside the recognized Standard Catalog issue size of 1 1/8" by 1 3/16" to OVERSIZE dimensions of 1 3/8" by 1 1/2". Rounding at lower right corner is the original candy box corner. Rough edge at top from original owners removal from box.
