ONL(Giles) BB signed by 27 members of the 1960 World Champion Pittsburgh Pirates. Pittsburgh defeated the New York Yankees in one of, if not the most dramatic World Series ever played. Bill Mazeroski's Game 7 home run in the bottom of the 9th gave the Pirates the title, despite being totally dominated in every offensive category by the Yankees. Players are: Baker Burgess, Cheney, Christopher, Cimoli, Clemente(HOF), Face, Francis, Friend, Gibbon, Green, Groat(1960 MVP), Haddix, Hoak, Law(1960 CY YOUNG), Mazeroski(HOF), Mizell, Nelson, Oldis, Schofield(2), Skinner, Smith, Virdon, Witt, 1 unidentified due to penmanship. Murtaugh's signature on the sweet spot has been deemed clubhouse. Very readable overall 8/10 looking blue ink signatures on a lightly shellacked ball. Ball has toned somewhat in the areas that have been shellacked. "1960 World Champs" has been printed in another hand below Danny Murtaugh's signature on the sweet spot. Includes full LOA from PSA/DNA.
