An interesting lot of (32) autographed 6-1/2” by 3-1/2” First Day Covers postmarked September 24, 1969, commemorating the Centennial (1869-1969) of baseball. These commemorative items average NM or better condition with minimal wear. Signatures of baseball luminaries that grace the (32) covers average 8-9/10 in strength. Many of the signatures are accompanied by notations referencing a specific notable event or achievement the respective signer was associated with and several are multi-signed.
