Here are three separate plaques from the personal collection of Julius Erving, with two of the three boasting bold Erving signatures on the back of the plaques. A 12-by-15-inch 1974 Sport Magazine Performer of the Year Award features a stylized mirror-like recreation of the magazine's cover honoring Erving; the 8.5-by-11-inch "cover" is mounted atop a heavy wood board that also features a bronze-styled nameplate detailing the award. A bold black 8/10 Sharpie signature graces the back of the board. The cover recreation, nameplate and wood base are intact but reveal scratches from handling over the years. The second autographed plaque is a 10-by-8-inch Certificate of Appreciation to Erving from the Easter Seals, mounted on a wood base and covered by plexiglass bringing overall dimensions to 14-by-12 inches. A silver Sharpie 8/10 autograph is found on the back; like the previous piece but to a much lesser degree, there are a few small scratches front and back on what would otherwise be deemed an EX-MT presentation. The final, unautographed piece is a more conventional trophy-style arrangement, 15-by-12 inches, with wood base supporting a neatly framed color photograph of Michael Jordan and Dr. J. Two plastic figurines of basketball players flank a nameplate in the center that lists the two greats and designates them the "Greatest NBA Players of All Time, From Your Winston-Salem, NC fans, We Love You! 2003." All elements of the display are essentially NM-MT condition.

The 2 signed pieces also come with LOAs signed by Dr. "J".
