Thick wooden plaque presented to Dr. J. as "The Peoples' Choice". Looks like part of the plaque is missing from the bottom with an empty inset area. Engraving in the upper left describes Dr. J's. legendary free throw line dunk and there is an inset Basketball with M.V.P. embossed and "Dr. J." script.
Includes a signed LOA from Julius Erving.
