Sport Magazine's Sixth Annual Most Valuable Player Award presented to Boston Celtic small forward/guard John Havlicek for his performance in the 1973-74 NBA Play-Offs. Havlicek averaged 27 points and six assists over 18 playoff games to lead the Boston Celtics to their 12th World Championship and win the NBA Play-Off Most Valuable Player Award. This would be his first NBA title without the great Bill Russell. Most of the award features an image of Havlicek dribbling the ball on a cover of Sport magazine. Havlicek has signed at the bottom edge in near perfect looking 9-10/10 silver felt tip pen. Trophy itself in very nice condition.
