Arguably the most important award in John Havlicek’s vast array of career hardware is this exotic Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame Enshrinee trophy given to him upon the occasion of his 1984 induction into the Hall of Fame in Springfield, Mass. Those words appear in raised, all-caps type on the circular base (7 1/2-inches in diameter) of this unique 20-inch high trophy, which weighs nearly 10 lbs. and exhibits a copper and brass-like metal finish on a obelisk that extends nearly 14 inches before showcasing and ornate basketball at the peak. Nameplates on opposite ends of the bottom circular base have John Havlicek’s name and “Class of 1984.” Most elements of the distinctive trophy are in virtually as-issued condition though there is one very tiny nick visible on the front circular edge.
Comes with a Letter of Authenticity from John Havlicek.
