This 10-by-12-inch Certificate of Appreciation on the official letterhead of the President of the United States (including raised gold-embossed official seal) notes John Havlicek's contribution to the fight against drug abuse and bears a secretarial version of President Richard Nixon's signature. It is dated Feb. 3, 1972 and comes effectively framed in black wood and glass. Not surprisingly it has been preserved in immaculate condition over more than four decades and like so much of the material that Havlicek saved over the years is in essentially as-issued and problem-free condition. Comes with a Letter of Authenticity from John Havlicek.
