Big right-hander Johnny Kucks was a Yankees fixture on the hill for four successive pennant-winning teams. In Game 7 of the 1956 World Series at Ebbets Field he authored a 9-0 Series clinching shutout. Here offered is an autographed Hillerich & Bradsby "G12" block-letter (last name only) bat issued to Kucks for the 1957 World Series. This 34-inch, 32.8-ounce white ash club features deep and defined barrel stampings proclaiming "WORLD SERIES 1957 - KUCKS - NEW YORK YANKEES." Kucks' blue ballpoint signature appears on the barrel rating 9/10. Sporting a Hornsby-style knob, the un-cracked bat shows no game use, as Kucks was summoned from the bullpen to work two-thirds of an inning in Game 4, but did not make a plate appearance during the series. LOA from John Taube of PSA/DNA (GU 5).

Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
