Unusual pair of genuinely unique autograph displays of two of the game's greatest stars of the World War II and postwar eras. A 21-by-19-inch pinstriped-style display is mounted on foamcore and includes a pair of 7-by-9-inch black and white photos of Joe DiMaggio, along with a 5-inch-square DiMaggio autograph cut matted and set off with an ornate gold frame. The second display piece is 20-by-16 inches, with red-and-blue matting nicely setting off four elements: signed, handwritten letter from former major leaguer Don Mueller detailing his admiration for Musial; a 2-inch square painting of Musial; a raincheck ticket stub from May 2, 1954, the day Musial socked five home runs in a doubleheader; and a Musial-signed First-Day Cover denoting the 30th anniversary of that historic feat. Both pieces are essentially as-created and problem free, though the Musial piece does have a small apparent water stain smaller than dime size that only light detracts from the presentation.

Pre-certified by PSA/DNA. DiMaggio & Musial both have full LOA from JSA.
